I’m Anna, a UX Designer*

Happy to have you over!

I’m a UX Designer based in the very south of Sweden, Malmö. Currently working at the Swedish Tax Agency and loving it! I have a passion for understanding people’s use of services, both digital and physical and love to develop helpful solutions that truly support people in their work and everyday life. I’m also a great believer in inclusive design and making sure digital services are available to everyone so accessibility is a subject close to my heart. In fact, I wrote an article about it. UX Lead Designer

Sergel wanted to streamline their Customer Experience in order to stay competitive in the market. I helped them redesign their existing solution My pages, a self-service portal, and improved the customer journey.

Key improvements were:


  • easier navigation

  • providing a clear overview for debtors

  • a clean and accessible design
  • new design and implementation of secure messaging functionality

“As of May 2019, less than 10% of websites in Europe were accessible for persons with disabilities, a group that is estimated to be approx. 80 million people. This means there’s a long way to go. That’s why this post will focus on the benefit of accessible design: WIF (what’s in it for) the individual, WIF the society and WIF the businesses. So that we all can start seeing accessible design as the benefit it is, once and for all.”

Emera

Visual Design - Freelance

Emera, a real-estate company offering office spaces in the center of Lund, asked me for creation of their new logo. A fun and iterative process with the end result shown here! Words that was used from the client was “sophisticated and modern”.
